[RSVP here!](https://www.facebook.com/events/1495082280610464/) Everyone is welcome!

We will have pizza, drinks and a group discussion about how scientists can talk policy while preventing the politicization of science.

This discussion will be led by Ehsan Masood, a Knight Science Journalism Fellow at MIT and lecturer in science & innovation policy at Imperial College London. Ehsan has written on this and other related topics for Nature, The New Scientist, The Guardian, in multiple books and for episodes of BBC Radio 4.

Some excellent background for this discussion:
1\) Masood's BBC Radio 4 segment called, ["Science: Right or Left"](http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b037tsw0)

2\) Masood's article in The Guardian entitled,[ "Climate change sceptics aren't all alike, so don't tar them with the same brush"](https://www.theguardian.com/environment/2013/oct/09/climate-change-sceptics-not-all-alike)
