RSVP here: Andrew completed his PhD at University of Wisconsin- Madison in Neuroscience and public policy. He then went on to complete a Christine Mirzayan Science and Technology Policy Graduate Fellowship at the National Academies of Science, Medicine and Engineering. Andrew is currently a AAAS Science and Technology Policy Fellow, working at USAID. Andrew and his team is primarily focused on emerging technology -- and emerging trends in technology -- and their intersection with international development.
